Everything went according to plan. Since these beds are handmade, the sizes vary slightly even when ordered in the same size. The smaller kitty picked the smallest, and the larger female kitty picked the larger of the two. I think they just feel safe and secure. The ventilation is good, but would provide some protection and warmth keeping in the winters. The pad is fully washable and dryable.
