Promising review: “Exactly what I was looking for, has a nice hammered copper finish on the sliding lid and a brushed nickel on the base. Inside it looks chrome. The lid itself definitely is more copper in appearance than a blush gold or rose gold, in fact this matches a lot of the copper finishes on my other kitchen items. It’s large enough to fit several loaves, but it’s not as tall as most of the ones I’ve been looking at, which is GREAT! To open, the lid slides up and follows around its curved shape, so it won’t need much clearance if it’s sitting out on your countertop and you have low hanging cabinets above it.
