The two are each other’s biggest support systems. Just after competing in the 2023 World Swimming Championships, Gregorio landed in Italy, dropped off his bags, and headed back to the airport to fly to watch his girlfriend compete in the Fencing World Championships.
“Rossella didn’t know, she was shocked. She asked me last night, and I told her I was exhausted…” he told Olympics.
