26 Midi Dresses And Skirts You’ll Want To Twirl In For The Rest Of Summer

Hill House is a fave of BuzzFeed editors, influencers, and pretty much everyone I see on the street in NYC. The Nap Dress exploded in popularity in the quarantine days when we were all 1) in need of comfy clothes to work from home in that still felt cute and 2) desperate to infuse our wardrobes with Bridgerton vibes. Well, both of those things are still true, and even now that people actually leave the house more, these dresses are still an It item. The first time I wore one of mine to a dinner, TWO other people at the restaurant were wearing it in different prints.

I have two of these from previous seasons and I just feel straight-up gorgeous and ready to frolic in the sunshine when I wear them. There’s soooo much stretch in the bodice, making ’em super comfy but also able to perfectly conform to your bust. They run nice and roomy because of this too, so size down if you’re in between sizes. The twirl-worthy midi length is *chef’s kiss*, and those shoulder straps??? The perfect level of ruffle to frame your gorgeous face without being overwhelming, and they don’t slip off your shoulder like the straps on so many dresses in similar styles do. And OF COURSE this has pockets. I will say the cotton and linen styles wrinkle pretty easily, so they’re not the best for travel, which is a bummer. But I will happily wear them for any and all staycations!

Get it from Hill House for $178+ (available in sizes XXS–XXL and in 29 styles).
