Trump's Worst Debate Answer Is Now Twitter's Favorite Joke

Ever since he announced his first presidential run in 2015, Donald Trump has talked about overturning the Affordable Care Act, aka “Obamacare.”

It’s been nine years, and he has yet to present his own alternative plan to the landmark legislation that gave more Americans access to healthcare and ended the practice of insurance companies denying coverage for “pre-existing conditions.”

Tonight at the debate, Trump was asked to share his healthcare plan to replace the ACA, and he still doesn’t have a solid plan. His exact words were, “I have concepts of a plan.”
