Promising review: “I tried this scanning pen while reading a book yesterday. It made taking notes really easy and I was able to extract key excerpts in a flash. There’s also an app that comes with it which allows you to download the text file saved in the pen to a computer or mobile phone. From there it’s very easy to edit or share. To start with, I struggled a little with the scanning. After a little practice, however, I found that you have to scan line by line at a constant speed, not too fast or slow. You can also scan multiple lines continuously without stopping. Occasionally, the first letter at the beginning of a sentence disappears but I figured out that the problem can be remedied as long as you scan some blank space before the first word. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.” —Ian Chou
