So far, what I like best about the two chapters that have been scanlated so far is that our titular 42 year old Male Prostitute, Dandy/Okuda is jaded AF. As he tells one client that he’s just played doctor with…
Dandy is so committed to this lifestyle that in the first chapter, he’s willing to take money from his client’s father in order to fully dissuade the young mafia heir from doing something stupid, like falling in love with him, when he has a perfectly good subordinate waiting, literally, in the car. By chapter two, we find Dandy confronted by someone from his past who clearly has a crush on him and doesn’t know what to do with it.
I’m going to tell you all right now, I’m going to be a little disappointed if this ice queen melts.
A huge part of what is attractive about this character is that he is cold, cold, cold, COLD-hearted. I don’t know that I’m going to like him if he falls for the guy he used to work with at the publishing company who has tracked him down to apologize for having caught him, literally, with his pants down with the boss.
It’s two chapters. You decide.
Fair warning: Not at all Safe for Work. This has a lot of smutty, smutty sex and, depending on where you read it, it is not censored.
I will say that I love this art and the artist. I’m going to see what else Matsumoto-sensei has written and immediately consume it.
