Satsuki has seen yet another death, and this time, it’s the president of the student council who will kill Seo. Satsuki is determined to save Seo no matter what, and so she devises many plans to make it happen.
Satsuki asks her friends for help when Shiina proposes that they use Seo as bait to lure out the president and gather evidence of him being a killer. It’s the second term, and you know what that means! The cultural festival is here, and the whole class has been requested to provide unique and interesting ideas for it. Ami starts to smirk like a maniac which gives Satsuki the impression that she’s about to do something crazy, and she does exactly that! Ami proposes an idea as the class culture festival representative to hold a bug-eating competition (nasty!).

The class gets disgusted by this idea, and so Satsuki drags Ami out of the class while the class rep takes over. Everyone tries to cover up that idea by providing better ideas, but Ami still tries to prove her idea is great. Satsuki thinks of how she’d spend her time at the cultural festival as she has both Komachi and Akira who would be willing to go with her, but that’s not the major concern at the moment.
Satsuki thinks about how she would save Seo from the president as he will try to kill her, and there’s no way to know how he’ll do it. Speaking of which, where is Seo? On the other side of the school, Seo is stopped on her way to class by a group of girls. Seo tries to act as calmly and understanding as possible, but those girls still try to bully her.

All those girls get angry and remind Seo of her past and how she used to bully them, making them do awful things and even assaulting them. One of the girls couldn’t control her anger and pushed Seo off the stairs, but Satsuki arrived just in time to save her.
Satsuki gets angry and shouts at all those girls that they would’ve killed Seo if she wouldn’t arrive, but they argue that they are the actual victims and point out the fact that they also suffered because of her and walk away.
Seo tells Satsuki that, seeing all this, she understands why the president would try to kill her. Satsuki reaches the classroom and asks to speak with Akki and Shiina as she suspects Shiina is the one who told Seo about the president.
Shiina agrees with her and proposes a plan to allow the president to try and Kill Seo. That way, they’ll be able to gather proof to prove that he’s a criminal, but Satsuki argues that the plan is too risky.
