Lookism Chapter 438 had Daniel go toe-to-toe against a police officer in a police station’s building, or at least he tried to. We got to see once again just how weak Park can be when going against strong opponents. He has always won his fights thanks to help from others or gimmicks that catch his enemy off-guard. But the latter becomes less and less effective the stronger his enemy becomes. And it was clear that none of his earlier tricks were useful against the former king of Seoul.
Unable to digest his weakness, he tried to intimidate the former king of Seoul, that had been dethroned ages ago. The king took some hits without much retaliation until an old memory ran into his head. He remembered a time when he was useless in a certain situation and how he had to lose all his dignity after losing a fight. And after that, he went on the offensive against Daniel with his chop and destroyed whatever struck his palm. When Daniel was on the edge of being beaten, his friends came to save him from the danger.

He almost died at the hands of a first-generation king after he had taken a little beating from him. And as many would expect, his friends came to save him in the clutch and provide support.
However, in the end, moment, Daniel Park’s copying ability awakened, and he copied one of the former kings he had fought before, James Lee. The short bout with the legend of the first generation helped him learn a few tricks that he could use against a first-generation king. It’s a fight to the death, so he has to use every trick under his belt to win; foul play against that man will not work. But copying someone he fought before doesn’t count as foul work on his part, at least.
