Charles Choi had come looking for Kwak Ji and his group for having evidence of Choi’s crime. The crime lord of the pre-generation elite wants to settle the matters then and there. However, he will have to fight Kwak Ji first before he could get rid of all the evidence and live a peaceful life. But given the difference in their power level, Kwak Ji won’t have much of a chance against him.
