The latest chapter begins with Shin Yuna, who informs us that Yungchan is notably absent during lunch break due to his recent gloomy demeanor. We are then taken back to the scene from the previous chapter, where Yu Ijin is attacked by one of his comrades.
However, before he can be harmed, an unknown outsider intervenes and saves him. The rescuer initially assumes that the attacker is one of his own members but proceeds to relentlessly pursue him with the intent to kill.
Deeply impressed by Yu Ijin’s fighting skills, the rescuer expresses his admiration and questions what kind of life he has lived to possess such incredible abilities. He also asks if Yu Ijin is alright. In response, Yu Ijin expresses his gratitude and reassures him that he’s okay. As he observes the rescuer, he surmises that he is merely a high school student who deeply cares for his family.

Later in the chapter, we see Yu Ijin arriving home with his coat stained with blood. Upon seeing this, Yu Dayun becomes deeply concerned and asks him about what happened. Yu Ijin tells her that he had a bad fight with a friend. However, their conversation is interrupted when his grandfather calls out for him. Yu Dayun quickly urges him to go to his room so as not to worry their grandfather.

In his room, we see Yu Ijin looking deeply depressed and lost in thought, particularly about his encounter with 002. Meanwhile, 002 is also reflecting on their fight and replaying in his mind the line “They are my family, like you guys” that Yu Ijin had spoken about. Later, 002 visits a gang member and inquires about Yu Ijin’s whereabouts, to which he is informed that he is no longer in the country.
003 speculates that Yu Ijin likely went into hiding to avoid being pursued by not only themselves but also by others, including the dangerous Mad Dog. He now contemplates what they should do about 001 and his allies and believes that they should search for them as well. In response, 002 proposes to the gang that they deal with Mad Dog first before turning their attention to the others.

The scene shifts to Sukjoo and Yu Ijin, where Sukjoo informs him that Jaehyung has created a hideout and instructed them to come after they finish their business. Sukjoo also expresses concern for Yu Ijin, having noticed that he seemed lost in thought both at school and during their training. However, Yu Ijin brushes off his worries, stating that he’s just preoccupied with something.
