America’s vast reserves of oil and natural gas are not an environmental problem; they are the lifeblood of economic growth. American dominance of the global energy market would be a good thing: for the world, and, more importantly, for ‘we the people.’”
4. Secure our God-given individual rights to live freely—what our Constitution calls “the Blessings of Liberty.”
