Shortcut keys of Microsoft offices

Hello friends today we know interesting computer shortcut keys of microsoft offices.

In this blog we know shortcut keys of microsoft words and excel.

I make the previous blog of shortcut keys of computer and laptops on the both advance level and for new computer user. So first of all you see my previous blog.

                      

   { Computer Shortcut Keys}

A.) Microsoft word- Common shortcut:-

  1. ctrl+N = Will open a new word document


  1. Ctrl+O = Will open the “Open” box to open previously saved document.


  1. Ctrl+W = Will close the current word document.


  1. Ctrl+S   = To save the currently open word document.


  1. Ctrl+P  =  Will give the print option for the given current document.


  1. Ctrl+Z =  Will undo the last action.


  1. Ctrl+Y =  Will restore the action undone.


  1. Ctrl+X =  Will cut the selected item.


  1. Ctrl+A =  Select all the text.


  1. Ctrl+C =  Will copy selected Text/Item.


  1. Ctrl+V =  Will Paste.
  2. Ctrl+I  =   Will open find&Replace Item

Now we know Advance levels shortcut keys for Microsoft word’s Formatting.

B.) Microsoft Word’s Formatting Shortcuts:-


                                           
  1. Ctrl+B = Will bold the selected Text.


  1. Ctrl+I   = Will italic the selected item.


  1. Ctrl+U  = Will Underline the selected Text.


  1. Ctrl+Shift+D = Double Underline.


  1. Ctrl+Shift+> = Will inc. the font size of selected text.


  1. Ctrl+Shift+<  = Will decrease.


  1. Ctrl+2 = Double line spacing.


  1. End key = Will take you to the end of line.


  1. Ctrl+End = Will take you to very end of a document(Last page/last line/ last word)


  1. Ctrl+Home = Will take you to the very beginning of a document.


  1. Shift+F3 key = Will change the case of letters of selected text.


  1. Ctrl+Shift+F = Will activate the ‘Font’ option& you can choose the font you want.


  1. Ctrl+Shift+N = Will apply the ‘Normal’ Style to the selected text.
  2. Ctrl+Shift+(‘+’) = For superscript.

C.) Microsoft word- Insert option shortcut:-

  

    1. Ctrl+enter = Will give/Insert a page break.


    1. Ctrl+ K     =  To insert a Hyperlink.


    1. Alt+shift+D = Will insert the current Date.


    1. Alt+shift+T =  Will insert the current Time.


    1. Alt+I+P+C =    Will open the clipboard box on the right side of document.


    1. Alt+I+P+W =    Will Open the word art option.
    2. Alt+I+P+H  =     Will insert the option box form of an excel.


    1. Alt+I+P+O  =      Will insert an organization flow chart, which can you edit as per your requirement.
