Written by Jang Dae Soo and illustrated by Jisil, The Imperious Young Lord is set in the year 203X in the Republic of Korea. The earth has been under the attack of aliens and other extraterrestrial creatures. The main character, Park Hyunsung, is one of the military commanders who is deployed on a mission to recapture territories. He is a heroic man who valiantly put his life on the line to complete his mission. He sees his comrades die and is suddenly caught up in a malfunctioning teleportation device.
When he comes to his senses, Park Hyunsung is in the body of Ian Alberon, a fifteen-year-old young lord. It takes him a while to get accustomed to this body. However, the bigger problem was that now Hyunsung, in the body of Ian, had to navigate his surroundings and learn about the place and the people without bringing in suspicions.

The Imperious Young Lord Chapter 31: Recap
The chapter starts off with Lord Ian Alberon being accompanied by Sir Jarlein and his troops to talk to Prince Joseph. They reach the villa where he stays when he wishes to be exiled, and it is a beautiful place.
Lord Alberon and Jarlein are invited to his villa by the courtier, Mactero, but they had to keep their weapons and troops behind. The maid-servant arrived and guided them to his chambers, after which both lord Alberon and Jarlein bow in front of him.
After exchanging salutations, the Lord immediately talked about the important matters. The people of his terrain were suffering from the drought so Ian was wishing if he could get water from the lake using the ancient waterways. This would calm the people down who had been fighting over water for the past few years.
Joseph tells him to do as he pleases because it is his terrain, and Ian bows to him and thanks him for helping. He had heard that the young lord was not doing so well, but now that he has met him, Lord Ian looked better.
Ian told him that it was all thanks to his healer. Joseph asks Ian if his allegiance is to the royal family or a grand lord. Ian frankly tells him that he has not thought about it because he is still recovering. However, Joseph warns him to prepare for battle because it can happen anytime. They share a bottle of wine and eat raw fish as delicacies to celebrate the kingdom.
