Ikehata Hiroshi (Shinmai Renkinjutsushi no Tenpo Keiei) is helming the television anime at Seven Arcs. Kazuho Hyoudou (ReLIFE) is in charge of the series composition. Masakatsu Sasaki (Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai) is designing the characters. Endou. (Akiba’s Trip The Animation) is composing the music.
The anime series adapts Kenjirou Hata‘s romantic comedy manga, which began serializing in Shounen Sunday in February 2018. Shogakukan shipped the 22nd volume in December 2022.
Viz Media licensed the manga in English in February 2020. The 15th volume went on sale on January 10, and the 16th volume is scheduled for a March 14 release.
