While he is bleeding and supposed to go to the hospital, he runs after her and confesses his love to her even though she saves his life.
As a condition of accepting Nasa’s proposal, Tsukasa says to him that she will become his girlfriend if he marries her, and then he won’t hear from her again for two or three years. Nasa starts working hard to get enough money when he returns to his life, just in case the slightest chance that she might show up again. She does show up again, and she does.
