200 M Saki no Netsu Chapter 6: Recap
In the last chapter, Kikka nearly forces Hirara to do “it”. Hirara in the heat of the moment goes along with her lead but he forcefully stops himself from doing anything further as he believes that he’s not prepared for it. As Kikka starts to believe that nothing is going to happen between them, Hirara suddenly pins her down on the ground which Kikka believes is his way of making a move but the real reason is revealed soon enough.

An earthquake of 4.0 magnitude had struck the area and Hirara only forced Kikka to protect her from any harm. He instantly gets away from her as soon as the earthquake calms down and apologises for forcing her without any consent. Kikka gets embarrassed for even thinking about something dirty and thanks Hirara. They then discuss earthquakes and their effects on the planet(what a shift from sexual to psychological lol).
They finish their discussion and start walking back to their flats but the awkward atmosphere sets in as soon as they stop talking. Kikka is still ashamed of how she forced Hirara but suddenly Hirara apologises for everything and Kikka gets shocked. He tells Kikka that he’s trying to control his desires but she gets angry that he doesn’t need to do that with her. Hirara explains to her that he wants to take things slow so he could cherish every moment he spends with her.

After a few days, Hirara and Kikka go out on a trip to discuss the project Kikka is going to work on. There she meets many great artists and she also loves the place as it is filled with many artistic marvels. Hirara introduces her to the people she’ll be working with. They ask her to demonstrate her skills and get impressed by them. They instantly offer Kikka to work on their project and so her trip turns into a huge success and she thanks Hirara for it.
A few days pass by and Kikka starts working on her projects. She still feels grateful to Hirara for helping her and believes that now she finally would be able to stand confidently by his side. Suddenly her bell rings and she rushes to check the door. She finds Mashimo standing outside and so she opens the door. She tells him that she just finished working on a project she recently received. Mashimo says that he already knows about it and that’s why he came up with another project for her.

Mashimo pulls out a cotton fabric the likes of which Kikka has never seen. She believes that the material must be used for making royal attires of the highest quality and Mashimo agrees. He tells Kikka that the project is from a very rich and influential person and so there’s no room for error. Kikka gets nervous but Mashimo reassures her that he trusts her completely. With both Hirara and Mashimo relying on her, Kikka is all fired up to excel in every project.
