Ryousuke confessed to Miyako in the previous chapters and following her strange response of “I’m Happy” made both of them confused after some time as they both try to figure out if they are actually a couple or not. The Situation gets very messy and they both run around trying to find help regarding their issues which leads Ryousuke to Miyako’s manga collection and Miyako to Miss part-timer, a woman she met in a cafe.

Miyako tells her the full situation and she asks Miyako if her problem is that she doesn’t know if she and Ryousuke are going out or not but she also believes that she might not be the best person she should ask for advice.
Miyako says that she’s too embarrassed to ask her college friends about this and so she’s the only one she can ask for advice. She tells that she has someone for advice but she can’t get a hold of them currently.
Miyako asks Miss part-timer, what she would do in such a situation. She agrees to act as a reference and gives many ways for Miyako to confront Yousuke. She acts like the girl and the boy at the same time to create a cute interaction for Miyako to follow and even goes as far as to pretend to be Ryousuke and Miyako takes notes.

Meanwhile, Ryousuke has reached the bookshop to look for the Mangas Miyako has written so far so that he could find some reference for what she meant by that confession. He believes that he would be able to give a good reply to Miyako’s proposal after reading these mangas. He easily finds the manga collection written by her as she writes under her real name and buys all of them.
He reads Prince of the shooting star, Flower scramble and someone behind you and finds out that her Titles are very vague as the story always contradicts the title. He carefully analyses all the romance scenes he could find and the way all the characters interact with each other during a proposal and takes notes from it when he sees the soft text box and thinks that he should use it.

Miyako walks out of the cafe and decides to just stay true to her feelings. Ryousuke approaches her and wishes her good morning which startles her as she’s already tensed out. He pulls out a writing board to tell her about the weather using the same text box she did in the manga. He continues by saying many things this way and Miyako asks where he read that.
Ryousuke pulls out her manga which leaves her embarrassed. He explains every story and interaction in detail proving he read it thoroughly. Embarrassed, Miyako also takes a board and starts replying by writing which makes Ryousuke excited as he’s her fan. He finally musters up the courage to ask her if she gave him the okay when she said “I’m happy” the other day.

Miyako thanks Miss-part timer for her advice and quickly writes her answer on the board agreeing to go out with Ryousuke. He gets so excited he showers her with praises. Meanwhile, we get a flashback of how Ryousuke’s sister was the one who came up with this idea of board writing.
