Hidden Love Episode 25 will be airing next week! The Chinese drama, which premiered its first-ever episode on 20 June 2023, tells a wholesome romance story between Sang Zhi and Duan Jia Xu. Starring Zhao Lu Si and Chen Zhe Huan, Hidden Love is a live-action of web novel “Secretly Secretly, but Unable to hide it”, written by Zhu Yi, and has harbored much love since its release.
Duan was best friends with Sang Zhi’s brother Sang Yan, and would often hang out at their place. With his frequent visits, Sang Zhi began developing a small crush on him. She was attracted to his looks and his personality, but as they grew older and Duan’s family too began facing problems. They eventually drifted apart. However, as fate may have it, they meet again.
When Sang Zhi is preparing for college, she meets Duan again and falls for him harder than she did when she was younger. However, with Duan being a flirt and having his own family secrets, they are forced to hide their relationship. Will they be able to work things out?
The series is finally coming to an end with its 25th episode, and fans are hoping the main couple gets a happy ending after all the obstacles they had to face in keeping their relationship hidden. Synopsis
Sang Yan and Duan Jia Xu had been friends since their childhood. They often went to each other’s houses and played together. Whenever Duan used to visit, Sang Yan’s younger sister Sang Zhi used to wait for his arrival. Sang Zhi had a crush on Duan and was always excited when he played games at her house with her brother. However, soon tragedy struck Duan’s life when his dad was deemed a murderer.
Duan’s father was blamed for the murder and was soon hospitalized. His life was overturned since then, and due to this, he lost his friendship with Sang Yan. After many years, he finally began trying to get his life back, but by then, he had no parent to turn to or anyone to guide him. As all three of them had grown up, Sang Yan rekindled with Duan, and the two of them became friends again.
Sang Zhi was now going to enter college, and she was going to the same city her brother and Duan was in. The thought of visiting her childhood crush made her heart flutter, and when she finally met him, she couldn’t help but fall in love all over again. To add on, Duan, too, reciprocated his feelings for her! Though this relationship was to be hidden from everyone.
Sang Zhi’s brother was still rather cautious of Duan due to his parents and did not want to let his sister date him. Her parents, too, would not approve, so the two of them had to keep their love for each other a shared secret between them. Will they be able to hide it long enough, or will her family find out?
