After having a random encounter with Natsuki, Tamiya decided that she won’t ever allow her to enter his “holy place” (Literature club room) again, but his decision went in vain when Natsuki arrived at his door once again. Tamiya gets really angry but tries to stay calm as he doesn’t want to shout at a girl. He instantly starts thinking of strategies to get her out of the club room.
Natsuki enters the room without even waiting for Tamiya’s permission which makes him even angry at her. He realizes that he can’t do anything, so he starts studying in order to distract himself from her, but then she starts asking him questions about his studies. Tamiya says that he’s terrible at Maths, so he needs to focus and study hard, or he’ll probably fail the exam. Tamiya feels that this would make Natsuki leave the room as she would feel guilty for interrupting his study session, but his plan fails miserably.

Turn out Natsuki is actually good at maths, so she walks up to Tamiya so that she can help him study better. Tamiya gets flustered at this move from her as he feels she’s getting too close to him. Tamiya tells Natsuki that he doesn’t want to bother her, but she still insists on helping, which forces Tamiya to get her away by shouting that he’s not that bad at math to need help.
Natsuki decides not to help Tamiya after all. She starts to feel sleepy, so she lays down on the floor and soon falls asleep. Tamiya gets really angry at her audacity to sleep in the club room without permission. But because she seems so relaxed and at peace, Tamiya believes it’s best if he doesn’t wake her up. He gets his focus back and starts studying.
Moments before disaster
After some time, Tamiya runs out of ink. He has some spare ink, but the problem is that the ink is near the spot where Natsuki is sleeping. Tamiya gets embarrassed and doesn’t take the ink at first, but then he thinks that it’s his club room and he shouldn’t stop his studies just because she’s sleeping there. He tries to take the ink but falls flat on Natsuki. He quickly backs away from her, and Natsuki wakes up.
She ran out of the room as she forgot to do some club activities, and Tamiya couldn’t even explain anything to her. He believes that she probably didn’t notice, but on the last page, it’s pretty clear that she did, and now she is embarrassed as well.
