Kanan chases Mitie around the house because she wants Miltie to return her favorite dress. She was going at her at full speed, so Mitie had to give it her all if she wanted to escape Kanan. Kanan wondered what could be happening because she knew that these clothes were so important to her. Miltie does not want to listen to reason at all. She only wanted to see it even more.
But in the end, she decided that she should give it back. Since Kanan wanted it that bad, then she decided that she should just give it back to her. This is sarcastic because Mitie knows that she wants the dress, so she tries talking badly about it so that Kanan would lose interest in the dress.
She called it the hand-me-downs and all that is important to her is that Kana only watches her. Because their times together are always good ones, and she wishes that they should never end. Kanan was a bit surprised to see that Miltie had given up already. So she teased Kanan about her favorite dress and asked her how it felt like to have her favorite thing taken away.
We knew that this exchange would not last long. So they were back to their chase again. Kanan has been thinking back to such moments, and they are the ones that make her think that she will never forget her dear sister’s face.
