I thought it was just part of my Maid of Honor duties, as he was a veteran and had some issues surrounding that. So I gave him a ride up to the Airbnb we would be staying at before the wedding.
The whole time, he tried to make conversation that was weird to me. I was not into it but tried my best to be nice to him.”
