Max Level Player also known as ‘Talented Player’ (만렙 플레이어) is a manhwa written by Bichu and Nelpi and illustrated by Daon Studio. This series is fairly new and started serializing recently on March 18th 2023. KakaoPage currently publishes the manhua.
The story is set in a universe where one day all the records of mankind both in books and digital forms disappeared. All the records that mankind has collected over the years have disappeared overnight and nobody knows the cause.
Society went into chaos and was on the verge of falling when a mysterious system named ‘Zeus’ appeared. It was unknown about the creators of this program but it came in as a saviour for humanity. Zeus created a game named ‘Olympus’ which was not an ordinary virtual reality thing.
Olympus had a special ability that let the players able to Transmit items from the game into reality. This became the means for sustaining modern civilization and the boundary between a game and reality became non-existent.
This also gave rise to a certain caste system depending on the number of items people have from the game in the real world. This was quite close to reality as the rich get richer and the poor poorer. A guy named Han Joo-Hyuk also belonged to the lower class group and aims to stand at the top of this modern society.

Max Level Player Chapter 19: Recap
The chapter starts with Han Joo getting a deal from Ibe to backstab Rufendal, Han aims to use this to his advantage and explains his plans to Rufendal. They decide to go outside the safe zone and Han will pretend to attack Han with a zero-damage punch to bring out Ibe and his squad who are trying to ambush both of them.
After they quarrel and attack each other Ibe comes into play and his party attacks both Han Joo and Rufendal hoping to get valuable drops after they kill him. However, things were going on as planned by Han Joo.
While the three of Ibe’s party members are attacking Rufendal Ibe goes on to attack Han Joo. This is when Han gets into his real fighting stance and reveals that it was just a facade trying to pull Ibe out of the shadows.
Max Level Player Chapter 19
Han Joo and Rufendal continue to absolutely destroy Ibe and his party. They even manipulate Ibe into giving him not only the six million Gold that he got from them but also an additional One hundred and thirty million gold to spare his life.
Although, Han Joo orders Rufendal to eliminate Ibe after getting the gold which also shows the anti-hero trait first talked about in the prologue of the series. Rufendal after killing Ibe looted the drops he gave and found an item which Ibe offered a billion gold for if he returned to him. They refused and opened the pouch and was surprised and on this cliffhanger, the chapter comes to an end.
