Mob Wives Season 3 & 4: Where Are They Now?

VH1’s organized crime takes on the Housewives franchise “Mob Wives” ran for six seasons with a varied cast of women who —in one way or another— had a relationship or connection with men related to the Italian organized crime organizations, wives, sisters, or daughters of the men who were criminally convicted for multiple crimes or died because of their affiliation with the Italian mafia in the United States. Hollywood and the entertainment industry have always had a fascination with stories stemming from organized crime. It’s no surprise that HBO’s “The Sopranos” paved the way for the unprecedented success of practically every show out there that featured men as the anti-hero and the lives that revolved around the antihero as a supporting character.

But as it turns out, in the mafia life and Hollywood stories, the role that women have in the mafia life is understated and often set aside. While characters like Karen Hill from Goodfellas or Carmela Soprano in HBO’s hit show did have a crucial role in the story, it wasn’t about them. But the importance of women in mafia households is rather interesting because they become enforcers of the values, attitudes, and beliefs within those criminal organizations, perpetuating cycles of violence, and reinforcing stereotypes and anti-values that resonate across times. Thus, Mob Wives gives us a look at that.

Mob Wives Season 3 & 4: Who Are They?

For the third and fourth seasons of VH1’s Mob Wives, the show went through some changes as some cast members left while others kept going. Notably, Carla Facciolo and Karen Gravano left the show for its fourth season. While Drita D’Avanzo, Renee Graziano, Angela Raiola remained. The new additions to the cast were Love Majewski (her only season), Alicia DiMichele, Natalie Guercio, Ramona Rizzo, and Natalie DiDonato.

The new cast member, Alicia DiMichele is the wife of mobster Edward Garofalo Jr. who went to jail for seven years for embezzlement. And it’s possible Karen wasn’t on season 4 because her dad might’ve set up the murder of Alicia’s father-in-law! As for Natalie Guercio, she’s the daughter of Angelo “The Geech” Guercio. Ramona Rizzo is the granddaughter of Benjamin “Lefty Guns” Ruggiero who was tied to the Bonanno Crime family.

Mob Wives Season 3 & 4: Where Are They Now?

While some cast members of the show decided to leave, others stayed, and in the case of the following women who were featured on Mob Wives, here’s where they are now.

Natalie Guercio

After the show, Natalie went back to the family business, running a funeral home in Philadelphia where she does the hair for the corpses. And has a romantic relationship with London Rene. She kept a low profile and lives happily with her family and friends as she thinks that being on the show made life harder for her.

Natalie DiDonato

After the show, Natalie stayed in Philadelphia, manages and promotes DJs and even went to promote boxing fights, as well as competed in boxing tournaments. In her free time, she does charity work promoting NGOs that raise awareness against domestic violence.

Ramona Rizzo

When Ramona left Mob Wives, she went back to Staten Island to manage a real estate company, she often makes public appearances and talks very openly about the mob wife lifestyle and is very outspoken about her rivalries in the show with Drita and John Gotti’s wife.

Love Majewski

Love continued her career as a makeup artist after her only season in Mob Wives. Love’s romantic affairs with Ray Merolle and Chris Paciello were the reasons why she was cast for Mob Wives and currently works in New York as a licensed cosmetologist for a company called 1Love.

Alicia DiMichele

Out of the group, Alicia’s story after the show is quite interesting. Firstly, the Feds probed her finances and the prosecutors charged her with conspiracy to embezzle some money with her husband, who was skimming money from some trucker’s union. Then, Alicia received a seven-year sentence and a judge gave her four years probation.

After Mob Wives

The impact that this show had on reality tv is undeniable because it was one of the first shows to feature women with connections to Italian organized crime while addressing the challenges they faced day in and day out. It was a good source of humor, drama, and a glamourized subculture that is a staple genre niche in entertainment.
