Nan Hao & Shang Feng AKA Nan Hao & Shang Feng the Odd Couple is the story of high schoolers Nan Hao and Shan Feng and their friendship. There is no set story in this Manhua. A typical story consists of Nan Hao or Shang Feng trying to get the other person in trouble. Or sometimes it is just them hanging out at school or after school. They share a deep friendship.

Though there aren’t any reoccurring story lines there is one thing that is addressed from time to time. Nan Hao has a crush on one of his classmates. She sits behind him in class and Nan Hao often catches her looking at him. It appears that she likes him too but is shy. Nan Hao has a love letter prepared for her but chickens out before giving it to her every time.

The girl, who is never addressed by name is often seen drawing them. However, she is secretive about it and does not show it to a lot of people. The chapters can be extremely funny and sometimes they slide into fantasy too. The villain in the story is the Student Body Council. Nan Hao and Shang Feng often get in trouble with them. However, they are just following school policy.

Nan Hao & Shang Feng Recap – What’s Happening In The Manhua?

There isn’t anything different going on in the series. Nan Hao and Shang Feng are up to their usual shenanigans. Getting in trouble with teachers and the student council. Playing pranks on each other. Then try to escape when the prank backfires on them. The usual stuff you would expect from a chapter of Nan Hao of Shang Feng. However, that was not the case in Chapter 100.

Nan Hao & Shang Feng Chapter 100 took place in a full-blown fantasy world. There we see Nan Hao, Shang Feng, and their girl classmate restrained on poles by what appears to be Humanoid Bunny Rabbits. The classmate is a wise mage in this scenario. She tells Nan Hao and Shang Feng that they are Rabbit People and mostly harmless. You just have to gain their favor.

Shang Feng who is a swordsman in the scenario adds that if they prove that they love carrots just as much as them they will be let go. Furthermore, they will also reward them generously. The wise mage drew a carrot with a three-leafed root on the ground with her foot. She was let go and the Elder gave her a bag containing expensive gems and other treasures of great value.

Shang Feng follows her lead and does the same. He too is let go and rewards him with several high-quality swords. Nan Hao who is a Prince in this scenario does the same. However, instead of a Three- Leafed Root, he drew his carrot with two. He was taken to a special room. The wise mage explains that that particular symbol is used to initiate a duel with the Tribal King.

We are not shown what happened but Nan Hao lost all memories of what happened that night the next day. Shang Feng and the Mage take him back to the village every night to try and help him regain his memory. It doesn’t look like it’s working. Something tells me this story was one of the stories the girl Nan Hao likes made up with him as the main lead.

Nan Hao & Shang Feng Chapter 101 Spoilers – What To Expect From The Upcoming Chapter?

Since each episode is a different story on its own it’s almost impossible to predict the story. That being said it will not be that much different from the usual pattern. Nan Hao and Shang Feng at school or someplace else. Shang Feng would be trying to get on Nan Hao’s nerves like usual. We might also get to see cameos of either Nan Hao’s crush or maybe the student council president.
