To Hell With Being A Saint, I’m A Doctor Chapter 45: Recap
Due to the critical condition at the border, The Pope has ordered Yusung to reach the border and save the people there. The enemy they are faced with is a Necromancer which means that this mission won’t be easy, there’s still a threat of internal falling out, which could worsen the situation if no one pays attention to it, so it makes Yusung’s visit even more important.
Yusung arrives at the border, which shocks everyone as a saint shouldn’t be on the battlefield. He asks the soldiers to separate the injured people among the Paladins so that the saints can heal them; he also orders the royal army to protect them during the process. Some of the soldiers argue that if they start healing the injured, then they won’t have enough force to fight against the undead army and request Yusung to wait till reinforcements arrive, but Yusung asks them to analyze the situation. The soldiers realize that all of the undead army has been melted.
The soldiers get amazed by the holy powers of the saint, but Yusung gets annoyed as he gets sent to die here as a part of his duty. Yusung realizes that he can’t win this battle on holy powers alone, so he uses a fireball to clear things up a bit. As the horde of undead fall before the fireball, a mysterious figure appears standing behind them. Yusung realizes that this mysterious figure is the Necromancer himself. The Necromancer gets scared to see a saint using magic, but he focuses on casting a spell instead to get rid of him.
After a long spell casting, the Necromancer uses Death Revive, a spell that summons many death knights. Yusung uses his healing magic, and the dead knights all get burned to ashes. Angered at this, The Necromancer attacks Yusung head-on, but he gets captured instantly. He wonders how a saint could have so much power and wonders if he’s a god. The soldiers start punching the Necromancer as, due to his actions, the pride of the paladins has been ruined, and Yusung announces that he will pass divine judgment on him.
Yusung looks around at the battlefield and sees that even the dead soldiers have become undead. He realizes that the least he can do for them is to help them pass on. Yusung uses his magic to heal everyone, and so they all rest in peace while the battlefield weeps for the loss. Yusung wonders if he would have been able to save everyone if he bit early and then tried to interrogate the Necromancer. The Necromancer starts laughing like a maniac announcing that the border isn’t the last of them.
The Necromancer announces that his group would have already taken over Selonia by now. Yusung asks the soldiers to take care of him as he sets out to deal with the internal uprising force. Meanwhile, the people of Selonia suffer because of the catastrophic attack on them.
