The Tang Family Head has been attacked by unknown intruders. After a deadly battle, The Murim coalition leader and Mi Riyo’s Father have been abducted by them. Mi Riyo rushes to her master, none other than the Northern blade Jin Mu-won. Upon hearing what happened, Mu-won immediately sets out to save the head of the Tang family.

Upon reaching the place of the intruder’s stay, Mu-won finds out that The Head of the Tang Family has been stabbed brutally. He uses his immense speed to evade the intruder and grab a hold of the head. He hands him over to his daughter Mi Riyo, who’s crying at seeing his state. She immediately starts healing him and Mu-won gets enraged at this sight.
Mu-won challenges the intruder as he tried to attack the Tang family and the people of the Tang family are very precious to him. The intruder takes his hood off and introduces himself as Nam Cheon Myeong, The Hurricane Demon Shadow, one of the four demon lords of the silent night. Mu-won gets nervous but still holds his ground and so they begin their battle.

Mu-won immediately goes on the offensive and attacks Nam Cheon with all his strength. Nam Cheon gets scared for a bit seeing that despite his strength he’s being pushed back, Mu-won even managed to put a scratch on his head which would’ve ended the fight if it went deeper. Nam Cheon finally realizes that Mu-won has inherited the powers of the northern heavenly sect which is known for its destructive martial arts.
Nam Cheon decides to not hold back and goes full power taking Mu-won by surprise. He pays his respect and launches his most fearsome attack on Mu-won. Mu-won barely manages to dodge the attack but Nam Cheon appreciates him nonetheless. Realising that he’s lacking in speed, Mu-won uses all his strength to increase his speed even more.

Mu-won finally manages to match his speed with Nam Cheon. Their fight gets so intense it sends shockwaves across town. Nam Cheon gets excited to see how far Mu-won would go using the techniques of the tempest storm. Out of respect for the Tempest Storm, Nam Cheong decides to give this fight everything he’s got and increase his speed even if his joints give out.
Mu-won’s eyes can’t even keep up with his overwhelming speed anymore as Nam Cheong attacks him relentlessly from various angles. Mu-won is once again back on the defensive and is only getting pushed back with no way out and so the fight continues!
